Shoreline Restoration

We're locals to Lake Wisconsin and have restored hundreds of yards of shoreline using proven techniques layering stone and cloth to prevent erosion for years to come.  On the left you can see two different projects we did. One had a more natural feel and the other featured cut stone.

We hired Steve and his crew to do our shoreline riprap installation. The work that they did is top notch. When Steve ran out of large enough stones, rather than use the existing smaller ones, he ordered another truckload to get the proper sized stones.

When the topsoil he was going to use wouldn't work on the slope grading, he ordered another load of better soil for the purpose. Neither of the two extra loads cost us any more money. That's the kind of great contractor Steve is.

We now have a shoreline that won't erode, and done in a timely manner. We paid significantly less than another company had quoted us. And we didn't have to wait until next year to get it done by the other company.

Steve will be the first person we call for any other landscaping type work we are considering.
